A well-structured and cost-effective risk management program is a necessary ingredient of a successful project. This course provides proven methods and tools for recognizing, assessing, and responding to project risks. Detailed Project Planning

This course provides the foundation for successful project planning, including scoping, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. The course identifies common planning mistakes and pitfalls, and discusses practical work-arounds. right arrow

Project Monitoring and Control

This course discusses basic principles for tracking technical efforts against cost, schedule, and performance targets. Emphasis is on reporting progress, identifying performance problems before they become severe, and determining effective recovery approaches. right arrow
