The California Institute of Technology Center for Technology and Management Education offers individual two-day courses in three essential competencies required of project managers: project earned value management, managing multiple projects, and project risk management. These courses are offered individually or may be included in a customized certificate program offered at your company.

Risk and Opportunity Management
