Translate scope into a workable WBS, estimates, budget, and schedule. Learn common planning traps (optimism, hidden scope, resource contention) and practical work-arounds.

Set up roles, governance, and decision paths. Practice utility-relevant leadership skills: stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, clear communications, and high-trust team habits.
4) Project Monitoring & Control
Track cost, schedule, and performance with baselines and variance analysis. Report progress, spot issues early, and execute recovery plans using change control and escalation routines.
