Creating a high-performing super team requires more than assembling a group of star performers. How team members interact with each other often matters as much as their intellect and resourcefullness. We'll show you the importance of building a responsive team that relies on inclusiveness, listening skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and social sensitivity.

In this program, we focus on various high-performance teams, including virtual and autonomous teams, project teams, and project teams. Additionally, we'll discuss special innovation and transformation teams.
