How it works is simple. You can learn at your own pace and earn a certificate by completing any ten courses. Each course consists of nine modules, and after completing each module, there are short quizzes to reinforce what you've learned. This approach aims to make learning more comfortable, engaging, and convenient for those who want to upskill or learn something new. You can customize your learning experience and choose from various topics that fit your interests and passions. The process is straightforward and you're in control of your learning journey.
Enroll for courses on the Caltech Future Skills Academy portal at https://future.ctme.caltech.edu/. Each course carries 0.04 Continuing Education Units. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a Letter of Completion from Caltech to support tuition assistance programs or reimbursement from your employer.
The Future Skills Academy program can be taken as a stand-alone short course for targeted learning. When used as an elective in the FlexCert certificate for Future Skills Academy, you can tailor the program to resonate with your career aspirations and goals.
