Leadership: The People Challange development course provides the tools and models leaders need to accurately assess themselves, their colleagues, and the situations that arise in the workplace.
Participants will discover the talents, skills and motivational energies of their team and hone those factors with the customers' values and needs while providing positive team direction and accessing their team's personal leadership styles and skills.
After completing the Leadership: The People Challenge custom workshop, further tailor your organization's programs and goals by selecting informative technical marketing courses, additional leadership programs (Influencing Without Authority), or advanced topic workshops.
