Program Experience

From manufacturing processes to operations and logistics, the Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology gives companies a time-tested set of tools to advance efficiencies, reduce costs, foster an environment of continuous enhancement, and increase customer satisfaction. This approach can be used by project and operation managers to improve their service levels, reduce system downtime and optimize their processes.

Our certification program will help you discover how to clearly articulate the business problem, uncover the desired end-state, define the project scope, and effectively communicate project resources. Learn to identify creative solutions to correct and prevent performance problems and defects.

To attain the Green Belt certificate, you'll learn the fundamental principles and tools of Lean and Six Sigma. Participants will learn to apply the steps of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes and designs.
