Program Experience

This customizable program is typically delivered over 40–56 hours, depending on organizational goals, delivery format, and applied learning requirements. While many organizations adopt the baseline curriculum, others tailor the experience to reflect company-specific products, lifecycles, and engineering challenges.

Instruction is delivered by Caltech engineering fellows and practitioners with experience across aerospace and defense, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, automotive systems, and energy infrastructure. Programs combine structured instruction with applied exercises, collaborative workshops, and optional project-based learning to ensure concepts translate directly into day-to-day engineering work.

The curriculum is aligned to INCOSE knowledge areas. Successful completion of required assessments qualifies participants for INCOSE Academic Equivalency, supporting ASEP or CSEP application without an additional knowledge exam.
