Jose Ochoa leads AI GTM Strategy at ATOS North America. He possesses a wealth of experience in AI, data analytics, cloud strategy, and executive leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across multiple industries.
Prior to ATOS, Jose served as Google Alliance Lead at Wavicle Data Solutions, where he led partnership development and Data & AI client services in partnership with Google Cloud. Before that, he was Senior Director for Cloud & Data Strategy within the Google practice at Publicis Sapient, developing go-to-market strategies and engaging in joint pursuits with Google.
Jose’s first AI leadership role was at Maven Wave, where he served as Head of Data Analytics & AI/ML Solutions Engineering. In this role, Jose worked closely with AI and data delivery leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies across major cloud providers, leading teams to exceed goals and delivering transformative results for clients in finance, healthcare, and consumer goods.
Jose’s leadership experience also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at 160 Driving Academy, where he scaled the organization across the United States and leveraged machine learning and predictive analytics to improve company performance, and as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he delivered high-impact strategies for clients in private equity, asset management, and pharmaceuticals.
Jose also possesses a lifelong passion for teaching. After graduating from Yale University with a degree in Biophysics & Biochemistry, he served as a high school chemistry teacher with Teach For America. Later, he served as a finance and statistics teaching assistant while obtaining an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. Most recently, he has served as a guest lecturer within Caltech’s CTME program, teaching AI business strategy to executives from around the globe.
On a personal note, Jose lives in Chicago with his wife, Stephanie, and their dog, Nala. Jose is an avid hockey player and musician and is always happy to meet up with colleagues and friends at a hockey game or concert.
